At the Skegness Conservative Men’s Branch committee meeting held on November 23, 1970, the convenor, Mr Alan Archer, reported that the new session of the Winter Supper Club had “started with a flourish” at the Vine Hotel. There had been a very good turnout to listen to the guest speaker, local solicitor Mr John Forman. He hoped that the response would be just as good for the next speaker, Chief Insp. Davidson of the local CID.

Skegness Branch meetings normally take place once a month, except in August, usually at the North Shore Hotel, Skegness. These usually alternate between Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting at 7.30pm.All Conservative Party members are welcome to attend.
