Boston Branch AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Boston Branch Conservatives was held on Thursday, May 22, at Boston Conservative Club.

Members were welcomed by James Cantwell, Association Chairman, and normal AGM business was conducted including the election of officers for the coming year who were elected unanimously.

Deputy Chairman Policy & Campaigning Shourn Harber

Treasurer Eddie Speke

Secretary Shourn Harber

CPF Chairman John Maltby

Committee members were also elected including John Maltby, Sue Kirk MBE, Andy Elms, Cllr James Cantwell, Cllr Stuart Evans, Cllr Claire Rylott, Cllr Tom Ashton, Martin Griggs.

Dudley Bryant proposed a vote of thanks to last year’s officers who stayed the course. He said we must now look forward to rebuilding the Branch and Association in readiness for the next series of elections in a few years’ time, concentrating on membership and fundraising.
