You are invited to the next Skegness Conservative Supper Club event, to be held at the North Shore Hotel, Skegness, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 7pm for 7.30pm.
The guest speaker will be Kitty Thompson, Head of Campaigns at the Conservative Environment Network (CEN). Her speech will cover the conservative case for environmental action; the Party and the environment; and why the environment matters for Skegness.*
There will be a two-course supper with the following menu choices -
Main courses:
Chef's home-made steak and ale pie, with a shortcrust pastry lid, served with creamy mashed potato, garden peas and pan jus gravy.
Home-made chicken tikka with basmati rice and poppadum.
Horseshoe gammon steak with caramelised pineapple, served with chips and garden peas.
* A vegetarian option will also be available for those requiring it.
Desserts:
Home-made apple crumble with rich vanilla custard.
Caramel brownie with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce.
Raspberry and white chocolate Eton Mess.

Originally from Skegness, Kitty was a member of the Skegness Conservative Branch as a teenager. She later moved to London to study at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she earned a BSc in Government and an MSc in Behavioural Science. She also spent a year studying at the University of California, Berkeley.
